Hi, I have attached a CT scan report of my father . Need an interpretation of the report . Please guide me what I need to do . Is it indicating cancer ?

Please see surgical oncologist and pulmonologist as early as possible because ifnon PET CT if disease is localised, the disease is potentially curable which is rare in case of lung cancer to see.So my sincere advise is to.see oncologist and pulmonary ASAP
