Dear Doctor, My father is 65 years old . He has complained of mild stomach pain from 4 days , fever and weaknesses. He went to doctor,he prescribed medicines then after paid has subsided. Father weaknesses is improving but fever comes and goes. Request you to have a look on enclosed report and suggest, is this the Cancer or which disease. How I should proceed for further treatment. Which specialization doctor to be consulted. I don't have better connects in medical field hence humble request you to guide. Thanks

Hi, your father has lot of lympghnodal masses in abdomen which is causing pressure in side abdomen, so it's causing pain. As FNAC shows lymphoproliferative disease  he require biopsy and ihc testing for confirmed diagnosis. Based on the reports lymohoma is likely possibility. Please do pet ct also for staging

biopsy, ihc, pet ct are needed earliest please meet medical oncologist or hematologist in z cancer center
