Pain on pressure is almost always muscle related , so should be fine with pain relieving medicines

Chest pain in the central region may be of cardiac or non cardiac origin.If the chest pain gets aggravated while pressing may be of muscular type.However any type of chest pain could not be neglected.A 12 leads ECG will be of help.
