Pain in chest and upper back
From 3 days having musclers pain in left shoulder like when iam tilting it's paining and even my both ears and left side of ful face including jaws eyes nose n left side of head but from today am feeling pain in chest (this type of pain is there even from 4 years ) but occasionally it's  coming but 3 days  it's paining like muscler pain .am feeling fear what it may be 4 months back i did ECG and echo scan evetthng is normal

The pain is  musculoskeletal  in origin. That's why ECG and echo was normal. Consult a general physician in your place for physical examination
