Chest x ray is suggestive of left side homogenous opacity. Detailed clinical history and CT chest is needed to reach the diagnosis.

Hello. You are having symptoms like breathing problems and left sided chest pain for past 2 weeks. Do you have any cough, fever? Your chest X-ray is definitely not normal. Like you said there is an opacity in left mid and lower zone. Needs further evaluation like sputum tests and CT scan. Your doctor may advise Covid19 test also.
Next Steps
Kindly contact a pulmonologist in person for further advice.
