Pain started in my sister both leg including joints from Friday when he went on 4th floor. She is unhabituate of going 4th floor. She is just 34 yrs old. This is happening 1st time. She is housewife. Kindly suggest me what to do.

She has to take hot water formentation  or she  can  take  any pain killer tablet
