Pain in bone when pressed
Hello Doctor, I feel pain in my bone below knee when I press it. Could you please advise if this could be just symptoms of vitamin D deficiency or this could be something different. I noticed this few months back. Thanks.

Hi its just ligamental issue how about your weight if you are overweight that might be weight bearing pain. just apply hot fomentations for 1o min around knees . just do isometric exercises for knees regularly . you pain will get better
