Pain in body especially legs whole day
I'm not able to sleep more than 3-4 hours and also get sleep with a lot of effort. In day time also, if I try I can't sleep more than 1-2 hours. Every time I sleep, I suddenly wake up realising pain in legs. And this pain prevails throughout the day and again makes it tough for me to get sleep in its presence. This is like a cycle affecting my whole day. I'm confused whether leg pain is the result of less sleep or it is causing me less sleep. This has been happening for 1 month.

It could be due to vitamin and mineral deficiency. Take tablet Supradyn once daily. Drink a glass of hot milk before going to bed at night. Take plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits on regular basis. If all these measures fail , consult a physician.
