After getting up in the morning from sleep, I have pain in my upper body. Sometimes shoulders or chest. If I read a book lying on my tummy I get chest pain after sometime.

Sleep hygiene has to be maintained that includes soft and thin pillows if you are sleeping on your back, mattress mustn't be too soft that changes the normal alignment of your spine.
You should pin point the issue whether it's in pillow or mattress or your sleeping posture to avoid long term complications.
