Pain in big toe
Woke up in the middle of the night with immense pain in my big toe distally. Did not do anything sudden to it but has been hurting even after ice and tylenol 5 hours later

If the toe hurts at the base of the toe, then it could be due to a raised uric acid. If it hurts distal to that then you may have twisted your toe leading tour soft tissue injury or fracture. It would be wise to get yourself examined by an Orthopaedic surgeon to arrive at the correct diagnosis.
