As per my opinion you have severe trapezities
For that apply ice over that and consult physiotherapist and start taking treatment like stretching and strengthening exercises for that tight neck muscle
Definitely after taking 5 session of physiotherapy you will feel better

Neck pain and shoulder blade (between neck and shoulder) pain is usually due to muscle spasm or sprain. It is usually comes and goes. Seen after long hours of working on system, long sitting journey, poor sleeping posture or excessive stress. Such pain is frequently seen in fibromyalgia. Take mild anelgesics with Antacid. Apply some anelgesic gel. Take hot and cold fomentation. If pain persists beyond 3 days then consult a Neurospine specialist.
