I am having a pain in arms sometimes in left arm and some time in right arm and some time it travels in hands in joints but below elbow it feels in muscle sometimes i feel my muscles r swelling i just feel like that may be i am wrong but this pain travels in different places and i feel Mostly at night when i wake up it gone. Ponston forte also works for it.

Hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs . Core Strengthening Exercises. Take frequent Breaks at work
