Pain In ACL Reconstructed Knee
I tried joining a zumba class at my local gym. My knee started hurting after. I couldn't walk properly, and my knee couldn't bear weight. This knee has been operated a few years back for ACL Reconstruction. What could be the cause of this?

Avoid strain full activity. Hot fermentation twice a  day  with rest. Do gradually. If pain is severe then start physiotherapy treatment

Could be some jerk don’t worry out cold peck take rest don’t overuse it for couple of days

Once you get rid of this pain find a good sports Physio and ask him to do plyometric training tht help to increase properioception in your knee which help to pervert such pain in future Good luck
