Knee pain(I have an ACL Tear)
It’s been around 6 months since my ACL tore. I cannot get a surgery done until next year due to various time commitments. I have been given a fitness routine and recently started running. Towards the end I sprinted, and after that run I have been having pain whenever I walk or climb up the stairs. The pain is near the lower meniscus area.
