Pain & hotness in the testicles,groin

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have been having this pain and hotness in my testicles,mostly in the right one and pain in groin area and at the origin of my penis. The pain in very much increased in last 2-3 days,it started from monday.After ejaculation I have sometimes burning sensations in my penis.
