I am having a pain from spin till right foot down to back knee and the pain is only in right outside not inside but since past 2 days my full leg is painipaining and I am not able to walk at all as if I get up the pain starts paining painting and even if I sit also it does the same thing

It looks like you have a disc prolapse which is causing these symptoms. Please see an Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon for assessment and investigations.
