I DON'T know about paschim vihar.
You have to consult a general surgeon.till than,
SEITZ BATH
Take a tub filled with hot water add four lids of betadin solution n sit in it for seven to ten min two times a day for ten to fifteen days.tab sigmoflam eight hourlyfor three to five days.locally apply anovate oint with finger first on butt hole than gentaly inside the anal MUCOSA and apply all around. Properly two times a day for three weeks.
Plenty of liquids, light diet. AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK GRESY FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE. It's recurrent. So take care. Ok.

Hello there, Piles do cause pain during passing stool, is it bleeding too..?? If not then can be treated by Medication otherwise you need to visit MS GENERAL SURGEON ASAP coz it can't be treated with any medicine.
