Pain during and after mastribution

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Please help me iam getting pain in right testicles bottom and side the pain even spread into my right leg if my organ expand or if I doing mastribution. I consulted urinologist he asked me scan reports are normal even though no medication suggested. Iam unmarried am unable to getting feelings also because of pain what I have to do. Feeling better to die
