It seems you are suffering from dryness(computer Vision syndrome) due to overuse of eye on smartphone ,computer & watching TV without break, you should use lubricating eye drops 4-5 times a day (Refresh liquigel), if you don't get relief within a week you can consult local Opthalmologist for refraction &proper advice.

Sounds like u have symptoms of dry eye. Get yourself evaluated by an Ophthalmologist to rule out any refractive error. Lubricating eye drops can be started meanwhile.
