Pain below right rib cage that radiates
My due date is 14 dec that means I am 7 month pregnant for past 4-5 days I am feeling dull pain and pressure below right rib cage that radiates to back and constantly while standing and sitting I feel dull pain near rib cage and right back pain because of which I cannot stand for longer what could be the reason?.
My baby movements is mostly on right side and near urinary bladder

At seven months, right-sided rib pain usually comes from your baby pushing up against your ribs, especially since the movements are mostly on that side. It often worsens with standing, since gravity adds pressure there. This kind of pain in late pregnancy is also something checked against high blood pressure related problems, so it is worth ruling out.
Next Steps
Shift positions often, lean back on pillows when sitting, and avoid standing for long stretches. Please get your blood pressure checked this week if it has not been done recently.
