Having pain Below Rib Cage

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am 7 weeks pregnant, and have a fatty liver, my SGOT level is 43, Lactate Dehydrogenase 412 High, HDL CHOLESTEROL 29 Low, CHOLESTEROL LDL 102 High, HIGH SENSITIVITY CRP 1.15 High, CA125 is 358. Please advise me. Thanks!!
