Increased SGPT and SGOT in 1st triemster

Asked for Female, 26 Years

My wife is going through first trimester of pregnancy (6 weeks). She has PCOD and grade 1 fatty liver and also was dengue affected in august 2021. All hepatitis and LFT report is good except the SGPT is 90 and SGOT is 57. Is there need to do any worry? And what should we do?
