Pain behind eyeballs at evenings
I have high myopia of -5D in both eyes and from the past few days I feel discomfort at backside of both eyeballs especially the right one when I turn my head in one particular direction. Their is a constant pain in both eyes and it feels like travelling to shoulders plus vision is blurry at night.

See as you are high myopic we will need dilated fundus examination to evaluate the status of the retina. Many times underline lattices may present over the retina. Pain may be because of over stretched muscles
