I have svere pain near and in ancles..its feels pain when i touch near and on my ancles..feelslike swelling in behind the feet sometimes when i walk a lot..feel tired all day.

Going by your description of area of involvement, the probable conditions could be retrocalcaneal bursitis, plantarfascitis or gouty arthritis. Best to get your Serum Uric acid tested. As symptomatic management you can take the contrast bath...wherein you immerse foot in hot & cold water alternately in a ratio of 3:1 starting & ending with hot water. If symptoms persist better to meet up with a physiotherapist or orthopedic consultant.
