  4. Pain at one point of spine. Suggest me!

Pain at one point of spine
I have little pain when I bend back at one point of spine in middle near t3 and t4. I m afraid of lung disease but I have done HRCT report is fine.i m facing this from past 3 month. I have found blood in sputum as attached pic . I don't know it come from respiratory or nose . Actually my nose bleed some time when I feel hot in my nose so I m not sure . I have visited ENT-pulmonologist no result found so spine pain reason is doubtful . Plz see attached image n suggest me
