Pain at back of neck
I have been suffering from pain at back of my neck. Why does it happens. . Is it related to migrane. What should I do?

It may related to the posterior neck muscle tightness and your headache can be described as cervicogenic headache. Perform chin tucking exercise, refer it in YouTube video, 50 set in a day consists of 5 to 10 times in a set.if the symptoms are reducing then go for posterior neck muscle strengthening exercises. Contact your physiotherapist for further information.

There r many reson for neck pain.. once u consult with ortho dr or physiotherapist for perfect diagnosis.. Take ift and ultrasound for one week. If u r not getting relief after one week then go for MRI
