I need to know if u have any bleeding per rectal also associated with anal pain ? 1) if it is associated with constipation then u may be having diabetes associated gastropathy for which u have to take syp duphalac 20 ml - at bed time.and tablet prucalopride 2mg - OD  for the period of time ur symptoms resolve ! 2) if it is associated with blood - consult general surgeon

Better to cinsult a surgeon once and get examined for the issue and if u have constipation ( difficulty for passing stools) u can use fibre rich diet or can take syp CREMAFFIN 10ml at bed time.
