  3. Pain around the right chest. Advise.

Pain around the right chest.
History :- I am having constant pain near my right chest from past 4-5 days,sometimes it continues for more than 24 hours,sometimes it disappers automatically. I feel the pain whenever I sneeze.(now a days) Not sure whether it is because of muscle pain or something else. Please advise.
