Pain around my butthole

Question

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I have been experiencing these sudden bouts of pain that centres around my butthole along with pain in my legs and stomach. Frequent urge to poop and pee. And to even excrete few drops of liquid stool sometimes mucous, i feel pain up till my heart and throat. The area around my anal is swollen too. I feel weak in my knees and slightly light headed
