  3. Sudden pain. That i had years ago?

Sudden pain
Recently from few days I have sudden pain in my stomach and chest area. The pain however is not normal and is limited to tiny area . To describe it I will say as if someone is stabbing me from inside with a very sharp needle or knife. The area where it happens is changed everytime. Sometimes stomach and sometimes chest area. The pain doesn't stay even for a second. Is it because of my weight gain(around 10 kg in two years) or the surgery that I had years ago ?
