Sudden pain
I was doing some body weighted lunges and some squat the other day , while doing the exercise i felt some pain in my right testicle and in the abdomen . I experience the pain only while walking . Since the lockdown i can't visit to a doctor to get myself  examined . What can be the cause of the pain  and can i do something to diagnose and reduce the pain by myself.
