Experiencing muscle pain
Hi, I'm currently ongoing regular gym which includes hard workouts wit all machines. Since 2 weeks I'm experiencing severe muscle pain around the knee joint. Not sure whether this is the impact of hard workout. But the pain was retaining even when I took a week break for gym. I've tried applying Moov ointment, spray & hot water. Nothing seems to be a final fix. I'm unable to fold my legs and feeling very difficult if I need to sit on floor. Could someone please suggest me a remedy for this at the earliest?

When you start doing strenuous exercise for the first time, this is expected. Exercises should be light initially and over several days increased gradually. While taking treatment for the pain, do not stop exercises completely. Do few minutes of stretching exercises daily; otherwise pain may worsen.
