Hi ,
you may have cervical spondylosis/disc bulge, in which,the spinal nerve controlling the upper limb,might have been compressed,causing pain & altered sensation,
Kindly,visit a manipulative physiotherapists nearby,who can push the disc,back to its,normal place & give permanent relief. All other treatments,only give temporary pain relief.

It appears to be nerve compression pain. Nerve either be compressed in cervical region or in paraspinal area. I would suggest you to take physical therapy sessions for relief.
