Pain may be due to
1.high point ..ie only a point is directly hitting the opposite tooth..it should be cut to reduce pain.
2.improper root canal filling..as ur x-ray is nt clear I can't tell this as reason.if RCT is nt good rerct may be needed.

Tha pain may be because of persistent infection, you can take a course of antibiotics and see... If the pain still persists, then you might have to think about a consultation with a periodontist as there is a lil bone loss associated with the tooth and probably a treatment plan of re-RCT and a crown can be thought of depending on the symptoms.
