Pain after c section 5 months
I had c section before 5 months and to be precise my recovery has been very slow. I had some pain throughout 3-4 months which gradually decreased. Then now it is not pain but i feel my muscles are stretching when i get up and cough or sneeze . Coughing is getting very difficult it is pulling all of the muscles and then they pain. It feels heavy on abdomen. I have had ultrasounds twice once at 2 months pp and second 4 pp both of them doesnt show any concern. It says everything is normal. Doctors says it will take time . Just give some time. I have no clue what to do. Why is it paining. How will it get fine
