I had a dental surgery 1 week ago where I extracted my lower right wisdom teeth. I have been under constant pain since then. For first 3 days the pain was in surgery area but now the pain is near ear and lower front teeth. It feels like something I'd stretching. There is a tingling pain under ear, cheek and lower front has which severes out every night and i am unable to sleep. Even pain killer (combiflam) had stopped working.
I there a way i can get relief from this

Probably you are having infection in your tooth socket from which tooth hs been taken out.
This is called dry socket . So please go to dentist and ask him to clean and debride the socket ..and get zoe dressing.
