1. Calcium requirement increases in pregnancy. So, if you do not consume it in adequate quantities it easily leads to demineralisation of your tooth enamel causing tooth ache and pain.
2. Tooth aches can be due to teeth/gums becoming more sensitive during pregnancy due to hormonal changes.

Salt and warm water gargles provide temporary relief.
Maintain a good Oral hygiene. Brush twice a day with a fluoridated toothpaste with proper brushing techniques.

If you are having severe tooth pain, it’s better to consult a dentist. He might prescribe you some safe antibiotics ( like amoxicillin ) along with Paracetamol. It will relieve your pain quickly.
