1. Calcium requirement increases in pregnancy. So, if you do not consume it in adequate quantities it easily leads to demineralisation of your tooth enamel causing tooth ache and pain. 2. Tooth aches can be due to teeth/gums becoming more sensitive during pregnancy due to hormonal changes.
Next Steps
Take paracetamol 500mg only when it pains. Salt and warm water gargles provide temporary relief. Maintain a good Oral hygiene. Brush twice a day with a fluoridated toothpaste with proper brushing techniques.
Health Tips
Do not take any other medicines without proper medical advice. Visit a nearby dentist for a detailed check up. Or you opt for a video consultation. Take a good care of your health. Keep yourself happy and hydrated. Also, make sure to consume food rich in calcium, iron, vitamin d3 on daily basis as pregnant women require more nutrition in general.

You can take paracetamol 500 mg 3 times daily. (Remember not to exceed 4gms per day). Antibiotic is contraindicated during pregnancy If it’s causing you too much problem then it needs emergency treatment which can be planned in second trimester after approval from your gynaecologist. Hope this helps Cheers
