Ovulation when occurs
Hello I have taken letroze 2.5mg from day 4 today is my day 15 24mm follicle on left ovary and had injection today morning HCG 5000iu when will my egg rupture and when to have to intercourse and also when I go for sonography to confirm ovulation

The follicle can rupture any time and usually takes 24hours. But adviced to have intercourse every alternate day for 3 days post trigger injection.

Generally the injection helps the egg rupture in the next 24 to 72 hours you need to have intercourse following the injection for the next 5 days are important you can go for an ultrasound after 48 hours of the injection to confirm ovalution

You have to intercourse for upto next 72 hours. Egg will rupture anytime
