Ovulation Spotting. To last this long?

My periods happened on June 5th. Typically last 5-6 days. Last 2 days being minimal flow. On 19th i realised I was bleeding again ( which was actually more like spotting and not your usual red color). The blood is brown and I realised that this is my mid cycle bleeding - this is the first time it has happened. However, i have read that ovulation bleeding lasts only around 24-72 hours. I'm still spotting - even though it isn't as much as the previous day or almost same - but it is still happening and has been more than 72 hours. I had intercourse in March ( used protection) and had my periods normally in March/April. The date in May got delayed by a few days into June i.e June 5th. Is it normal for ovulation spotting to last this long?
