Ovulation Side. Please clear my doubt?

My wife got ectopic pregnancy 7months ago and due ti that her right fallopian tube had to be removed with laproscopic surgery. At thta time doctor said that left side fallopian tube is healthy. Now since last two month we are planning for pregnancy and last month follicular study shown us left side egg release with less in size and she has taken HCG shots to develop follicle size. Follicle was increased we have taken good intercourse but there was no pregnancy last month. Now. We are planning again this month. My doubt is, which side ovary will release the follicle this month. Since her ectopic surgery she has got her periods every month on a 30-35 days cycle. Is it possible to get pregnant even if the follicle releases from right ovary without fallopian tube. Please clear my doubt?
