Ovulation induction / letrazole
Age 38 Ovulation induction /IUI AMH 5.6 Sperm report normal Getting 2 follicles R/o 17mm & L/o 20 mm ET 11 mm and responding good . How many ovulation induction cycles back to back say for 6-8 months one can take since leterazole leave the system post 24-48 hrs .. is their any harm in continuing for continuous cycles till conception Obviously other factors for infertility are also under microscope and are tried to be ruled out if any Any other suggestion you have for better result most appreciated

Better not to take multiple cycles of ovulation induction, after 6 cycles you definitely need a break as it can have adverse effect on ovaries. Not only that repeated ovulation induction for natural try or IUI will also deplete you ovarian reserve. Best is to move on to IVF if IUI is unsuccessful for 3 times

If age is 38 years then just 3 cycles of Letrozole are enough before going for ivf dear

Try for 3mnth .if not conceive than try to find cause. If no cause than go for iui or ivf . Your age is already 38 so take decision timely

Try for max 6 cycles. Still not conceiving, better to go for IUI 3 cycles and then IVF if needed.
