Hi, my sister is on her first cycle of ovulation induction. Today, she is on 12 dpo (days past ovulation) and she tested negative. She has abdominal cramps, lower back pain, tiredness and creamy white discharge. She is on duphaston which will continue for another 2 days. Is there a chance she can be pregnant this cycle?

It is impossible to predict a pregnancy till she skips her periods
