Ovulation induction in case of cyst

I recently got to know about a 3.5 cm clear cyst in my left ovary while undergoing fertility treatments for the past two years. My doctor recommended ovulation induction, but I'm concerned about how the cyst might impact the treatment and my ovary. Can you provide more information?
