Ovulation date
Hi , I had irregular periods (highest 47 days )but after consulting with gynecologist i got my period in 31 days , so how should I track my ovulation date now should I consider 31 days cycle . Should I try to get intimated everyday without tracking ovulation date Please help i am trying to conceive . I am attaching the prescription. Please help

Please keep a record of the duration of menstrual cycle for 3 months. If there is some pattern then you can  track your ovulation. If the periods just don't have any pattern then you will have to spend lots of money to track your ovulation.

Ovulation date is calculated by subtracting 14 days from date of bleeding. But since u have irregular cycles, it's better to have intercourse in at least every 3 days starting from day 11 of cycle.
