Hi my wife is 70kg with 5.4" height. She works from morning 6:30 till afternoon 3:30 and reached home by 5:30. After that she fills very tired so she cannot do exercise. Also she has to do everyday house work after she reaches. I want a proper diet plan for her as she can't do exercise. Your suggestions will be helpful.
