Overweight need a consultant for diet. I'm a lactating mother always have heart burning sensation. Want to get rid of that.

Hello there..., Following these steps will help- Choose a low-carb diet.. Eat when hungry.. Eat real food.. Eat only when hungry.. Measure your progress wisely.. Be persistent Women: Avoid fruit.. Men: Avoid beer.. Avoid artificial sweeteners.. Review any medications.. Stress less, sleep more.. Eat less dairy products and nuts.. Supplement vitamins and minerals.. Use intermittent fasting.. Exercise smart.. Achieve optimal ketosis.. Get your hormones checked.. Add green tea.. Consult Dietitian for diet chart... Avoid foods and drinks that trigger heartburn. Everyone has specific triggers. Common triggers such as fatty or fried foods, tomato sauce, alcohol, chocolate, mint, garlic, onion, and caffeine may make heartburn worse. Avoid foods you know will trigger your heartburn. Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals. Don't lie down after a meal. Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed. Elevate the head of your bed.
