I understand your feeling and it is a very good decision to make to get fit.
But to loose weight you need determination and sacrifice. Determination to stick to your physical workout and stick to your Diet plan and sacrifice of the food items you like. Avoid fat, oil, stored, have food on time. Take vegetables every day and 2 servings of meat in a week, have eggs and sprouts everyday on your convenience. Add fruits to your life and breakfast with cereals, make.most of your food with cereal grains and need to do 40 mins of workout everyday.
