Overweight
My height is165cm and weight is 98kg. Even though I consume less food, my weight is not reducing. What should I do.

According to your height of 165 cm and weight 98 kg your BMI would be36 that means you are in grade 2 obesity zone.To reduce your weight your daily routine should include 1.Regular exercise --- Brisk walk for atleast 1/2 an hour. If you are not used to walking start with 10 min and daily increase by 5 min.Never go for walk on empty stomach.Have cup of coffee or tea or milk 2.  Diet should include less carbohydrates,more proteins,less fats and high fibre.Include lots of veg.     salads and fruit in between meals Have fibre fruits like guava,orange guava,orange,mosambi,     water melon,musk melon,papayyapomegranate seeds,applr         Avoid deep fries,pickles.Reduce oil intake to half litre per person per month.Keep changing the       varieties of oils       Non veg. : Egg white,chicken & fish can be taken       Include snacks like oats,sprouts,marmara,,poha,cornflakes in between meals Avoid sweets,redmeat,junk foods,Eat in time at regular intervals. 3. Investigations.:  Undergo tests. Sugars & HbA1C. to rule out  diabetes,Thyroid profile, to R/O thyroid problemsLipid profile to know your cholesterol.LFT and. USG abdomen to R/ zO fatty liver
