Overweight in pregnancy
I'm currently 28 yrs old with weight: 86kgs. I'm 7 weeks pregnant now. I conceived in PCOS. My scan showed a CRL of 7.7mm & FHR 112bpm. I also have a TSH of 4, for which I've been prescribed Thyronorm 75mg by my doctor. I want to ask how should I reduce my weight so that it doesn't create any further complications??? Till which month should I try to reduce weight??
