Dear user , It is important to take a balanced nutritious diet to loose weight ,so that u just shed kilos without any compromise on immunity ,energy levels etc It is important to take veggies n fruits for wt loss also avoid junk food ,colas ,fried foods Take small meals instead of big ones Exercise daily For individualized diet plan consult a dietician so that she can check ur BMI n plan according to ur physical activity n schedule
